YOUR INFORMATION
Privacy notice
Draft for review · 1 October 2026
This notice explains how Bravon Ltd, trading as Bravon Fitness, handles personal information when you visit bravonfitness.com, contact us or request a call through a referral page. Our registered office is H J P Chartered, Audley House, Northbridge Road, Berkhamsted, Herts, United Kingdom, HP4 1EH. Contact us about privacy at support@bravonfitness.com.
Information we collect
We receive the information you choose to give us in a form, email or conversation. This can include your name, email address, gym name, enquiry and information about your website or business. Referral forms also record the referral page you used and your answer to the Affiliate University membership question.
Website hosting and embedded services may process technical information such as your IP address, browser, device details and request logs to deliver and protect their services. Please avoid sending member health information, passwords or other sensitive details through our enquiry forms.
Where information comes from
Most information comes directly from you. If someone introduces you to Bravon, we may receive your name, business contact details and the context of the introduction from that person. We use this to respond to the introduction and explain its source when we contact you.
Why we use it
We use enquiry information to respond, arrange calls, understand what your gym needs and discuss suitable services. Where you ask us to take steps towards a service agreement, our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering a contract. For general business enquiries and introductions, we rely on our legitimate interests in responding to people interested in our services and maintaining relevant business relationships.
For customers, we use relevant contact and service records to deliver the agreed work under our contract. We rely on legal obligations where records must be kept for accounting or other legal requirements. Our legitimate interests also include maintaining service security and dealing with disputes.
Enquiry information is provided voluntarily. Without sufficient contact details, we may be unable to reply or arrange a call. Requesting a call does not itself sign you up for a marketing newsletter. Where consent is required for separate marketing or optional tracking, it must be obtained separately.
Who receives it
Relevant Bravon team members handle your enquiry. Our contact and referral forms use HighLevel, through connect.bravonfitness.com, to collect and store submissions and send internal notifications. Referral notifications are sent to the Bravon team.
Service providers supporting website hosting, email and customer administration may also process information needed to provide those services. The proposed website host is Vercel. Professional advisers and authorities may receive information where necessary for advice, legal obligations or legal claims.
Overseas processing
Technology providers may process information outside the UK. The countries involved and the applicable transfer safeguards must be confirmed against the providers and agreements used by Bravon before this notice is published. You can contact us to request information about the safeguards applicable to your information.
How long information is kept
Our provisional policy is to keep enquiries that do not lead to a customer relationship for up to 12 months after the last meaningful contact, then delete or anonymise them unless there is a continuing need, such as a legal claim. We will review this policy in November 2026 and confirm the deletion process in our customer-management system.
Customer and contractual records are kept for the duration of the relationship and afterwards where needed for accounting, legal obligations or resolving disputes. The retention period depends on the record and the applicable requirements.
Cookies and embedded services
We do not currently add analytics or advertising tracking to this website. External enquiry forms and website-preview media are blocked until you allow their category in Cookie settings. HighLevel provides the enquiry forms; CrossFit SolaFide provides the preview video and logo. Loading an external service shares technical information with that provider and may allow it to use cookies or similar storage.
Your choice is stored in your browser for up to 180 days using the bravon-consent-v1 preference. It is used only to remember your privacy settings. You can decline optional services and still browse the site or email us. Change or withdraw your choice through Cookie settings in the footer. See our cookies and external services notice.
Your choices and rights
Depending on the circumstances, you can ask to access your personal information, correct inaccurate information, delete it, restrict its use or receive a portable copy. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing.
You have the right to object to processing based on legitimate interests. You can also object to direct marketing at any time. Contact support@bravonfitness.com to exercise your rights. We may need to verify your identity before responding.
You can raise a concern with us or complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint/.
Studio and customer website services
This notice covers the Bravon marketing website and its enquiries. Processing within a Studio account, connected gym systems or websites we manage for clients needs its own service-specific information and contractual terms. This draft does not describe unverified AI provider, payment, member-data or account-processing arrangements.
Changes to this notice
We will update this notice when our services or information handling change and show the updated date here.
